The Carroll County Juvenile Court has jurisdiction over any child under the age of 17 who is a resident of Carroll County and is alleged to have committed a delinquent act.
The Carroll County Juvenile Court has jurisdiction over any child under the age of 18 who is a resident of Carroll County and is alleged to be a child in need of services, is alleged to be dependent, is alleged to have committed a traffic offense, or is in need of treatment or commitment as a mentally ill or developmentally disabled child.
